Along these lines, burn and minting activity has revolved around more than 118 million RLUSD tokens in the last 24 hours.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 59,364,323 #RLUSD burned at RLUSD Treasury.
— Ripple Stablecoin Tracker (@RL\_Tracker) April 27, 2026 Ripple Stablecoin Tracker, which tracks RLUSD activity on the XRP Ledger and Ethereum blockchain, reported three transactions in the last 24 hours. This activity was performed on the XRP Ledger: 59,364,323 RLUSD was burned at the RLUSD Treasury after its earlier mint. The other two transactions are 59,364,323 RLUSD minted at RLUSD Treasury and 10,000,022 RLUSD minted at RLUSD Treasury.
Vet, an XRP validator, highlights a trend of increasing activity for RLUSD toward the month's end. In a tweet, Vet noted that the RLUSD mint/burn pattern is holding up, highlighting increased issuer activity on the XRP Ledger as the month wraps up. Vet believes that April's surge in month-end activity is yet to be seen, as this pattern would fall into the XRP Las Vegas event scheduled to be held from April 30 to May 1, 2026. Recent days have seen an increase in RLUSD mint and burn events. On April 25, a total of 25 million RLUSD were minted on the Ethereum blockchain in two transactions, 13 and 12 million RLUSD each. The same trend was seen on April 24 when millions of RLUSD were minted on the Ethereum blockchain. Ripple Stablecoin Tracker reported four transactions in this regard: 13,975,000 RLUSD, 12,750,000 RLUSD, 14,000,000 RLUSD and 15,000,000 RLUSD were minted at RLUSD Treasury. On April 23, 25,000,000 RLUSD was minted at RLUSD Treasury on the Ethereum blockchain; 12,000,000 RLUSD was minted at RLUSD Treasury on the XRP Ledger.
The burning of 59 million RLUSD indicates a significant reduction in the circulating supply, which can impact the token's value and market dynamics.
In addition to the 59 million RLUSD burned, 118 million RLUSD tokens were minted in various transactions within the last 24 hours.
There is a noticeable increase in RLUSD minting and burning activities at the end of each month, suggesting heightened issuer activity and market engagement.
